Community bankers and their employees have to act today to counter the credit union industry’s efforts to expand their business-lending authority. As I note in a new video address to the nation’s community bankers, the credit unions have made substantial progress in advancing their bill, S. 2231, which would more than double their lending cap at the expense of taxpaying community banks.
