ICBA Announces Management Promotions
Washington, D.C. (September 15, 2011)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced the promotion of several staff members across its government relations, marketing and communications, finance, information technology, national sales and member relations, and conventions and meetings departments. Of the 12 promotions announced, five included promotions from the vice president to the senior vice president level. All of the promotions are effective immediately.

Fine, ICBA president and CEO. “Each of their promotions is well-deserved, and we look forward to having them continue to do their good work on behalf of community banks across the country.”
ICBA’s promotions include:
Conventions and Meetings:
Jan Meyer, vice president, conventions and meetings, was promoted to senior vice president, conventions and meetings.
Linda Heinze, vice president and controller, was promoted to senior vice president and controller.
Brian Gimbel, financial analyst, was promoted to director, financial analysis and budget.
Mark Scanlan, vice president, agriculture and rural policy, was promoted to senior vice president, agriculture and rural policy.
Jamie Hooper, director, IT development, was promoted to vice president, IT development.
George Jenkins, director, information systems was promoted to vice president, information systems.
Pam Wolbeck, director of IT systems, was promoted to vice president, IT systems.
Michelle Kurowski, software support specialist, was promoted to director, software support.
Marketing and Communications:
Tim Cook, vice president, publications, was promoted to senior vice president, publications.
Eugene Kim, associate director, marketing, was promoted to director, marketing.
National Sales and Member Relations:
John McNair, vice president, mid-Atlantic region, was promoted to senior vice president, mid-Atlantic region.
Jeanie Klasen, associate director, member relations, was promoted to director, member relations.
