ICBA Announces Management Promotions
Washington, D.C. (November 10, 2010)-The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced the promotion of several members of its executive staff, including the promotions of Greg Martinson, senior vice president, Sauk Centre operations and education, to executive vice president, Sauk Centre operations and education; David Haithcock, senior vice president, Western region, to executive vice president, Western region; Chris Lorence, senior vice president, marketing, to senior vice president/chief marketing officer; and Alan Keller, director, legislative policy, to vice president, legislative policy.

"Their experience and dedication to their roles and to the community banking sector is one of the reasons why ICBA's staff is unmatched in serving the needs of our nation's community banks."
Martinson, who heads up the operations for ICBA's Sauk Centre, Minn., office and ICBA's education programs, will continue to have the same responsibilities with this promotion, as will Haithcock, who manages ICBA's Western regional office in Newport Beach, Calif., and Keller, who works on ICBA's legislative positions and policy. Lorence will manage newly combined marketing and communications departments.
In addition to the executive staff promotions, ICBA announced several other promotions. Alisa Parker was promoted to director, administrative services, and Caroline Prado Johnson was promoted to director, Western regional office.
