ICBA Announces Alliance with Chartwell Compliance to Launch ICBA Compliance and Risk Management

(April 25, 2012)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced a strategic alliance with Chartwell Compliance to launch ICBA Compliance and Risk Management, which will offer community banks all-in-one integrated regulatory compliance and risk management consulting services. The strategic alliance also offers testing, audit, enforcement action and outsourcing services for community banks. The partnership comes at a time when many community banks face increasing regulatory and compliance challenges.
