ICBA and M Benefit Solutions—Bank Strategies Celebrate Five-Year Anniversary of PSP Offering, Extend Relationship

Washington, D.C. (June 1, 2009)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) and M Benefit Solutions—Bank Strategies announced today that they have extended their relationship through December 2011. The extension celebrates M Benefit Solutions’ fifth year as an ICBA Preferred Service Provider for executive and director benefits, compensation consulting and Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) solutions.

“Over the past five years, M Benefit Solutions has helped ICBA member community banks attract, retain and reward key executives and directors through the design, implementation and administration of benefit programs that maximize the use of a bank’s financial resources,” said Dan Clancy, ICBA senior vice president of services. “We are pleased to extend this relationship so member community banks can continue to take advantage of M Benefit Solutions’ offerings.”

Based in Portland, Ore., M Benefit Solutions—Bank Strategies offers ICBA members a total solution for executive and director benefit plan design and administration, with the effective use of BOLI to help banks achieve their strategic goals. M Benefit Solutions—Bank Strategies also offers ICBA members a 10 percent discount on administrative fees for executive and director benefit programs, BOLI and various compensation programs.
