ICBA Reinsurance Offers New Holiday Incentives
Washington, D.C. (Dec. 21, 2004) - ICBA Reinsurance, in conjunction with its service provider, AIG American General, recently announced a holiday employee incentive campaign designed exclusively for the loan officers of its community bank customers.
The employee incentive campaign, "'Tis the Season," runs from November 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005. The program was developed to help community banks boost their credit life production. Each credit life certificate sold by a loan officer at a participating bank allows the officer one entry into the 'Tis the Season drawing.
Each month, five winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries. Winners will receive holiday gifts from a nationally known retailer that specializes in innovative, high-end products. At the end of the promotion, ICBA Reinsurance will hold one grand prize drawing from all eligible entries.
"Employee incentive campaigns have been extremely effective in generating sales increases," said Stephen A. Ello, president and CEO of ICBA Reinsurance. "Our past incentive programs have garnered up to 300 percent in increases for some program participants, while helping to develop a sales culture that will translate into additional sales across all product lines."
