Day Two—Lending Compliance Issues

Day Three—Deposit Compliance/BSA
Deposit operations and BSA best practices continue to change at a pace that requires compliance and operational personnel to remain focused and in touch with their peers. This fast paced program will cover the current requirements from Dodd-Frank and industry knowledge that supports development of deposit growth in a compliant manner.
Day Four—IT Security and Payments Risk/Bank Robbery—A Unique Perspective
IT security and risk management issues continue to evolve and challenge community bankers and their customers. This session will examine some of the IT security and risk issues that impact banks and discuss effective ways to manage these issues, including mobile device management, mobile banking and internet banking, social networking, emerging payments, delivery channels and assessing risk of new technologies. Bank robbery is an ongoing issue for community banks. This session will feature a unique speaker who will share his story of endurance and personal transformation. For over a decade, he has provided financial institutions with real-life insight surrounding robbery prevention, apprehension and recovery.
