The NACHA Operating Rules require all participating depository financial institutions, Third-Party Service Providers, and Third-Party Senders to conduct an annual ACH compliance audit. Failure to complete the audit may result in monetary fines. Just reading the audit requirements in the ACH Rules can be mind-boggling! This web conference will summarize the best practices to help financial institutions achieve an ACH Audit that is fully compliant. This session will also cover the areas you should review that are not included in Appendix 8, but can result in monetary loss and exposure.
In this session our speakers will discuss multiple areas of the ACH audit including:
- Non-Rule Related Best Practices
- General Audit Requirements
- Audit Requirements for ALL Participating DFI's
- Audit Requirements for RDFI's
- Audit Requirements for ODFI's
- Compliance with 31 C.F.R. Part 210 and the Green Book
