Phil’s practice is focused primarily on the representation of financial institutions and business entities in governance, regulatory and transactional matters.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory law, securities and commercial lending. Phil is a member of both the adjunct faculty staff of Mississippi College School of Law (Banking Law and Business Planning) and as a faculty member at the Mississippi School of Banking (Commercial Lending I and II).
Phil is a frequent speaker and presenter for continuing education and other courses on topics related to bank regulatory matters, commercial lending, entity formation, secured transactions, and other financial institution topics.
