Kelly Kroskie is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at ICBA Payments and TCM Bank, where she has spent the past year leading enterprise operations, platform modernization, and strategic initiatives that strengthen payment and banking services for community financial institutions.
Prior to joining ICBA Payments and TCM Bank, Kelly served as Chief Operations and Digital Officer at MVB Bank, overseeing Lending, Deposit and Payment Operations, Fintech Operations, Digital, and the Project Management Office. She also held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, where she helped develop and deliver digital account origination capabilities, and at Alliance Data (now Bread Financial), where she led digital capabilities and served as Chief Operational Risk Officer for the Card Services business.
Earlier in her career, Kelly contributed to the Chase.com digital transformation and spent eight years at Fiserv leading large-scale eBill client implementations and product and technology integration initiatives.
With more than 20 years of experience in banking, payments, digital strategy, and operations, Kelly has built a career leading transformation and operational excellence across the financial services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University.
