Jack A. Hartings has been a director for TCM Bank since 2021 and is currently its Chairman and is a past Chairman (2015-2016) of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), the only national organization that exclusively represents community banks.
Hartings has served in many leadership roles at ICBA and on many of its committees. Including Chairman of the ICBA Consolidate Holdings Board and Services Network Board as well as Chairman of ICBA Reinsurance. He currently serves on the Federal Delegate Board and on the ThinkTECH Selection Committee.
Hartings is the retired President/CEO of The Peoples Bank Co in Coldwater, Ohio and is currently their Chairman of the Board. He has been an active member of his community and has serve as president of the Coldwater Chamber of Commerce, president of the Coldwater Kiwanis Club, president of the Mercer County Community Improvement Corp, and treasurer for the Coldwater Community Picnic. He also served as co-chair for the Mercer Health hospital capital campaign. In 2018 Hartings was named Mercer County Chamber Citizen of the year and in 2020 Coldwater Chamber Citizen of the Year.
