David Saber is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Park Financial Group, Inc. and Park State Bank. Over the past decade, he has guided the organization’s growth from approximately $35 million to over $1.5 billion in assets and is widely recognized as a top‑performing financial institution at both the national and local levels. His leadership has been recognized with honors including the MSP Business Journal Most Admired CEO Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Heartland Finalist, and MSP Business Journal 40 Under 40.
Previously, Mr. Saber served as Director of Strategic Advisory Services at Wipfli LLP, where he advised financial institutions across the country on strategy, capital planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Mr. Saber graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in finance and has served on the faculty of Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and currently serves on the YPO Twin Cities Chapter Board.
