Josh Hogue

Joshua Hogue leads Reliabank Dakota as President and CEO, guiding the bank’s mission to serve communities across Eastern South Dakota. Originally from Gregory, SD, Josh began his banking career in 2005 after graduating from Dakota State University.

He joined Reliabank in 2012 and continued to advance his expertise, earning a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services from Northern State University in 2014 and graduating from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2016. Josh was promoted to President in 2019 and stepped into the role of President and CEO in February 2025.

Josh is also deeply involved in nonprofit and industry leadership. He currently serves as President of the Prairie Lakes Hospital Foundation and Treasurer of the Beacon Center. He is a Director for the Watertown Development Company and the Independent Community Bankers of America’s Payments Board and also represents South Dakota as a Federal Delegate for the ICBA. His commitment to service extends beyond banking, helping strengthen both local organizations and the broader financial community.
