ICBA President and CEO Rebeca Romero Rainey and Executive Vice President of Congressional Relations Paul Merski were featured on The Hill’s 2025 list of the nation’s top lobbyists.
ICBA Response: In a national news release following their eighth consecutive appearance on the list, Romero Rainey and Merski said the recognition is a testament to the passion and engagement of community bankers, whose voices ICBA elevates as it works to shape policies that create communities of prosperity across the country.
