Chris Doyle is chairman of the ICBA Consolidated Holdings (ICBACH) board of directors. ICBACH owns several for-profit and related services companies and is wholly-owned by the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) – the only national organization that exclusively represents community banks.
Doyle is president and CEO of Texas First Bank in Texas City, Texas. IN addition, he serves on the ICBA Executive Committee and board of directors and is a member of ICBA’s Federal Delegate Board and its Policy Development Committee. Doyle is also the Executive Committee liaison for Bank Innovation and Solutions Committee.
He is also active at the local level and previously served as a board member and audit chair of the Dallas Federal Reserve from 2015-2020. Doyle serves as a board member of the Salvation Army of Galveston County and is a current board member and former chairman of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.
Doyle has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Tech University.
He has been married to his wife, Stephanie, for 28 years and together, they have four sons Corbin, Charles, Christopher and Cullen.
