ICBA Payments offers a free analysis performed by staff experts to provide insights into your credit card portfolio. Together with data you provide we utilize the Automated Card Expert or ACE, ICBA Payments' credit portfolio analysis tool, providing insights into your program’s account metrics, outstanding balances, revenue, expenses, and sales volume.

We look at year-over-year trends and show how your portfolio performs compared to your peer group and other industry measurements. Once completed, ICBA Payments conducts a call to discuss results and provide a write up including recommendations for maximizing the performance your portfolio.
