1071 leads CFPB rulemaking agenda

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau released its fall 2021 agenda of regulatory matters it plans to pursue through Oct. 31, 2022.

Details: The agenda includes:

  • Section 1071 small-business data collection.

  • Section 1033 consumer financial account data access.

  • Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing.

  • Standards for automated valuation models.

  • The LIBOR transition.

  • Reviewing existing regulations and market monitoring.

More: The CFPB said it expects the spring 2022 agenda will more fully reflect the priorities of Director Rohit Chopra, who began his term Oct. 12.
