ICBA Bancard Hires Vice President, Relationship Manager

Washington, D.C. (Feb. 2, 2021) — ICBA Bancard, the payments services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), today announced Laura Pierce as vice president, relationship manager. In this role she will help ICBA Bancard clients in its eastern territory maximize their card portfolio performance.

During her nearly decade of service to the nation’s community banks, Pierce worked in several management capacities including as a quality assurance and training specialist, as an operations manager, and as TCM’s contact center manager. Most recently, Pierce was responsible for the transition of portfolio sales to TCM Bank, where she served as the primary contact for the converting banks. Prior to joining TCM Bank, Pierce worked for a community financial institution as a call center supervisor.

Pierce is pursuing a degree in business management from Hillsborough County Community College in Hillsborough County, Fla.
