Roselle Savings Bank Announces Name Change, New Logo, Branch Upgrades, and New Products

Upgrades to Further Enhance Convenience and Customer Experience

Roselle, NJ -- Roselle Savings Bank, which has served central and northern New Jersey for nearly 130 years, has changed its name to Roselle Bank as part of its initiative to further enhance customers’ overall banking experience. The change is part of the bank’s strategic repositioning, as its functions extend well beyond the parameters of a typical savings bank. The brand refresh will focus on outlining new capabilities and debuting an array of new banking products for both business and consumer. The bank also has plans for renovations to its company headquarters, new operations center and main office branch located in Roselle, NJ

In line with the bank’s new name, Roselle will also debut new signage with an updated logo for all branches. A comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions document (https://www.rosellesavings.com/media/1204/faqs-document_862018-final-version.pdf) is available on Roselle’s website to address any concerns customers may have during the series of changes.

To further support the bank’s initiative to improve their customers’ experience, a refreshed suite of banking products has been deployed. These products include a personal and business checking suite as well as a savings suite, each of which offer individually incentivized products. “The expanded line of enhanced services was designed to allow our clients the opportunity to customize their banking relationship with Roselle to fit their needs,” stated Detlef H. Felschow, President & CEO of Roselle Bank.

Beginning in late summer, renovations will commence at the bank’s Roselle location to optimize convenience and simplicity. A complete redesign of the branch’s interior and exterior will be initiated, together with the installation of a new walk-up ATM which will allow for quick 24-hour banking options for everyone. Additionally, the bank has purchased a facility located across the street from its main branch in Roselle at 108 West Third Avenue that will serve as its new administrative headquarters. This new facility, too, will be remodeled into a more modern space, complete with a drive-up ATM. The bank’s Bernardsville branch will receive a reconfigured drive-up teller window and new 24-hour drive-up ATM as well. All renovations are scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2019.

The bank will continue to remain open during the transition period with all branches, the website, debit cards, and mobile banking applications remaining completely functional.

Various activities will take place to celebrate Roselle Bank’s brand refresh, including giveaways and a “sneak peek” week offering customers an early glimpse of the renovations. To kick-off the excitement, a special 14-month ‘Add On’ CD rate is available for a limited time when customers open a Premier Interest Checking Account. More specials are scheduled to come throughout the renovation period.

“As we debut the enhancements to the bank, we continue to prioritize our customer experience and convenience,” said Felschow. “The bank’s name change, branch upgrades and new portfolio of products align with our vision to provide a seamless banking experience for all customers.”
