ICBA Bancard Names Joe Buse as Vice President, Client Relations Manager

Washington, D.C. (March 24, 2017)—ICBA Bancard®, the payments-services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), today announced Joe Buse’s hiring as vice president, client relationship manager.

“Joe is a respected payments veteran with a proven track record of assisting community banks with obtaining the right payment solutions to meet their needs,” ICBA Bancard President and CEO Tina Giorgio said. “His insights and expertise will be invaluable in helping community banks assess their payments solutions and identify areas for growth that are in line with their short- and long-term strategic payment goals.”

Buse brings more than 25 years of experience in the payments industry, having worked in various sales and management roles for Midwest Payment Systems, Chase Merchant Services and First Data Corp., where he served a key role in increasing annual sales and growth. He most recently served as regional vice president of sales for Cachet Financial Solutions, a company that ICBA Bancard announced a partnership with last week.

Buse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
