ICBA/ProfitStars Expand Remote Deposit Capture Solutions

Washington, D.C. (Mar. 19, 2019)—The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) today announced that its Preferred Service Provider relationship with ProfitStars®, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., will now include the company’s Ensenta mobile remote deposit capture service. The service allows community banks to enhance their service to businesses and consumers by increasing deposit limits and eligibility.

The Ensenta platform is divided into Ensenta Consumer RDC – MobileSM and Ensenta Business RDC – MobileSM, offering optimized service for both small businesses and private consumers.  The real-time, cloud-based solution incorporates more than 200 risk filters, roles and entitlements, duplicate detection, geolocation protection, and calls to third-party check verification and account status databases. This allows community banks to flag suspicious activities and notify users before rejecting the deposit. Ultimately, Ensenta enhances customer service through increased deposit limits and advanced fraud detection.
