Back by popular demand, this popular attraction always has bankers stepping up for a shine! The shoe/boot shine artist can shine up to 30 pairs per hour, providing ample opportunity for bankers to stop by to discuss solutions for their banks.

The most well-attended area of the Expo is the Doggie Lounge. It’s an instant hit, where bankers come back time and again to see which dogs are strolling around. Your company can be the exclusive sponsor of the lounge on Monday, March 9. During Sunday’s Welcome Reception (March 8), a hosted bar will occupy the lounge to keep traffic flowing to your booth and promote the dogs that will arrive the next day. This sponsorship provides you access to a preferred end-cap booth (booth cost not included). Also included:

• A hanging banner with your company name/logo above the lounge;
• A pet-related branded giveaway you can provide at your booth or the doggie lounge;
• A custom Power Tower (large double-sided meter board sign);
• A donation made by ICBA (on behalf of ICBA and your company) to the pet facility providing the doggies. A large check to be presented with ICBA’s and your company’s name/logo.

Opportunity to host a reception one evening for bankers in attendance at ICBA LIVE either Day 1, 2 or 3. Space for the reception will be provided as part of the sponsorship. ICBA will coordinate with the venue regarding any food & beverage, AV and room set specifications, providing you a seamless one-stop-shop for planning your reception, so you can focus on connecting and networking with bankers. All reception costs for food & beverage, AV, décor, etc. will be billed directly to the sponsor as pass-through expenses.

• ICBA will share a list of ICBA LIVE registered bankers 6-8 weeks in advance for sponsor to select which customers they would like invited to reception.
• ICBA will send up to 3 emails on behalf of the sponsor inviting registered bankers to attend and asking for an RSVP (which will be shared with sponsor).
• ICBA will also share registered attendees’ mailing addresses with the sponsor, so the sponsor can mail invitations if they choose.

Cigar Rollers demonstrate the art of cigar rolling right before bankers’ eyes. Always a favorite, interactive experience, bankers love being able to see how the process is done while you discuss their bank’s top priorities and product needs.

Bankers will learn some basic safety guidelines for effective use of scent, and enjoy first-hand the power of different scents, and how they can affect your mood, energy, and mental clarity. Using essential oils for healing and wellness. Scents affect brain chemistry, while physical application affects body chemistry.
Participants take home a customized massage oil or choice of an herbal gift.

Add a unique twist to your booth! With this sponsorship a coconut artist will hand paint designs on ½ shell coconuts live at your booth! Bankers pick their design, and the artist adds their name to further customize the piece. 12-15 half-shell coconuts painted per hour.

The Digi-Toons Caricature is a totally “green” caricature! Everyone is enamored with their electronic devices these days, and event guests are shocked when they watch what these Artists can create on them! Take what you *think* you know about caricatures and push it aside… We are about to introduce you to the hottest new thing in the world of caricatures! Makes 6-8 face drawings per hour.
