Bank Financial Analysis and CAMELS Assessment
Bank directors must understand the condition of their bank's financial position to make knowledgeable decisions. By recognizing the normal ranges as well as the relationships that affect each of the key financial measures for your bank, it will be easier to predict the outcome of strategic decisions. However, you can't stop there. 

Your bank is viewed through the regulator lens of the CAMELS rating. Learn how to link the key financial measures and where they stand in the bank with individual CAMELS ratings, to better predict where your bank will rate after the next exam.

Review the nine key financial measures that indicate the health of a bank. Defining the measures, what relationships they reveal as well as the acceptable ranges that they should be in, are all discussed during this session. Once understood, these measures are applied to each of the CAMELS ratings to provide an understanding of how they relate to the risk of your bank.

If registration is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event start date, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is within 30 days prior to the event start date, 20 percent of the registration fee paid will be deducted for costs. A substitute registration will be accepted. No refunds will be issued once the bank has received event materials or after the event start date.
