Community banks are facing increasing competition from large banks, credit unions, specialty lenders and FinTechs. The ability to use technology to stay efficient and secure will be critical to the success of the bank.  IT has become very complex, highly regulated, and difficult to staff.  Bank leadership can help drive the innovative culture that will be necessary to thrive in today's banking environment.

10:45 a.m. – Noon:  Your Infrastructure’s Performance and its Recoverability

When it comes to your infrastructure and recoverability options from disasters and ransomware, are you rated good, better or best?  Throughout this session we will walk you through the differences and how to setup your bank for the best success.  We will also review the best practices on business continuity and incident response while preparing to meet the new requirements of the cyber insurance providers.

12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.:  Digital Transformation Session I – Breaking Down and Planning your Digital Transformation Journey

In these sessions you will learn about digital transformation and how to effectively plan your bank’s digital journey.  We will breakdown what is digital transformation while emphasizing the importance of strategy and planning.  The session also includes a high-level overview of digital trends and there use cases in banking.

10:45 a.m. - Noon: Cybersecurity and Protecting our Data

In this session we will review the importance of securing our data in the ever-growing footprints of our IT environments.  We will share common tactics, technics, and trends as it pertains to security testing and real-world events.  We will follow that up with what a successful vulnerability management program accomplishes and what today’s security solutions can do to help prevent these types of attacks.

Office 365 is playing a bigger part in banking and the collaboration of our employees.  During these sessions, we will review all the collaboration tools and integration in the Office 365 suite.  We will also discuss best practices around licensing and implementation with emphasis on how to utilize InTune.  We will wrap up with how to secure your Microsoft tenancy.

Thursday, Aug. 11

9:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.:  Microsoft 365 Modern Endpoints

Presented by: Pat Petersen & Phil Heather

Microsoft 365 Intune can be used for managing mobile devices as well as desktops. During this session, we will review the ability to manage and package applications for deployment using an Intune subscription. We will review the licensing needed as well as focus on the management of devices from the Intune administration portal.

11:00 a.m. - Noon:  Teams Voice with Contact Center

Presented by: Pat Petersen & Jeff Lovett

During this session, we will review modern cloud-based voice solutions included options with deployment with Microsoft 365 and integration with potential Contact Centers. As part of the session, we will cover the important topics and concepts of integration, needs for potential hardware as well as planning for analog devices.

If registration is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event start date, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is within 30 days prior to the event start date, 20 percent of the registration fee paid will be deducted for costs. A substitute registration will be accepted.
