When Can I Reserve My Booth?

Booth selections will become available to the following groups on: 

  • September 11 for Select Members (learn more about becoming an ICBA corporate member here)
  • September 18 for Standard Members (learn more about becoming an ICBA corporate member here)
  • October 2 for Non-members who exhibited in 2018 at ICBA LIVE in Las Vegas
  • October 16 for all others

Booth Fees

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. ICBA Corporate Members are given first priority, followed by Non-Member companies that exhibited in 2018. Any remaining booths will be available to Non-Member companies. To learn more about becoming an ICBA Corporate Member, please click here.

A deposit of $1,850 per booth, or $10,000 per island, is required within 10 business days
of receiving your application to reserve your booth space.

Prices listed below will increase by $300 after January 15, 2019.


What's Included in Your Booth Fee? 

  • *Complimentary registration to ICBA LIVE, enabling one representative to attend all meal functions, workshops, and general sessions (excludes final evening event)
  • *Three expo hall passes for your sales staff
  • Booth identification sign
  • One 8’ high draped back wall and two 3’ high draped side dividers
  • 24-hour exhibit security
  • Mobile app listing, including company and contact information
  • Product/service description in Expo Directory
  • Pre-convention mailing list of registrants for marketing purposes (emailed after the early-bird deadline).
  • Priority booth selection at ICBA LIVE 2020 in Orlando, Florida
