Don't Let Your Subscription Lapse!
Your subscription to the Online Training Center expires Sept. 30, 2019.
Last week, we notified Online Training Center subscribers by email that it is time to renew your bank's online training subscription.
Banks that have not renewed their subscriptions by mid-August will receive a reminder email that will be distributed to the primary contact for your bank's online training subscription. This email will be sent from email@example.com.
Our online training program will feature a number of new features and enhancements, so we hope that you renew your bank's subscription. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- We are updating every course in the Teller Training catalog. These will be ready for launch toward the end of August.
- We are updating many of our Information Security courses and will be adding two new cybersecurity courses. These will be available with the new subscription year, beginning in October.
Did You Know?
Did you know that LMS admins can delete enrollments for an individual for courses they have not yet completed? Sometimes at the end of a quarter or year or when an employee changes positions there are courses that you may not want a particular employee to have to take any longer. Rather than having those courses sit in their Current Enrollments tab, you can remove them completely.
Go to the Administration tab, select the employee from the drop down under the Administer Members section. Then Click Here next to Delete Enrollments for Not Completed Courses. Double click on the course(s) you want to remove and click Delete Enrollment.
