New Roster Management Has Arrived!
You asked and we delivered! The new Roster Management functionality within the ICBA website is now live. As an administrator, you now have the ability to:
- Create new user accounts and corresponding passwords during initial setup (even when a new user does not have a valid email address),
Reset employees’ ICBA account passwords (even when the employee does not have a valid email address),
Export your entire bank’s roster to easily determine who you may need to add, edit, or delete,
Manage your entire bank’s roster from one screen (rather than having to track down employees at specific branch locations),
Move an employee from one location to another, and
- Edit an employee’s contact information, job function, and relationship.
We are sure these enhancements will streamline efficiencies for you and make it easier than ever to manage your employees on your own. We have updated the Administrator Guide to include instructions on these new functionalities.

A new Principles of Banking Certificate Program will be available for purchase mid-May. This certificate is ideal for employees who are new to the banking industry. Courses include:

- Compliance Laws & Regulations
- Safeguarding Customer Information
- Banking Fraud

- Product Knowledge & Cross-Selling
Note: These courses will not be included in the full course catalog. They are specifically created for the new certificate program. However, the general Principles of Banking course that is included in the full catalog will also be updated in May.
We are also working on updating all of our courses included in the Teller Catalog which is also included in the Full Course Catalog. Subscribers can also look forward to a new catalog of courses on HSAs and IRAs.
Did You Know?
Did you know that in order to manage your entire organization’s roster on the ICBA website and access the Administration tab within the Online Training System your ICBA Relationship must be “C-Level”? You may not consider yourself or your official title to be that of a C-Level, however this “designation” is required within our system. Therefore, if you see that your current ICBA Relationship type is C-Level within your profile, please keep it at a C-Level so that you can continue to manage your organization and course enrollments.
