ICBA Adds Switch Kit to Marketing Toolkit

To further differentiate community banks from megabanks amid the fallout from Bank of America’s elimination of free checking for certain customers, ICBA updated its kit encouraging consumers to switch to a community bank.

The switch kit, which includes a customizable news release and graphic, is now included in ICBA’s new Community Bank Marketing & Communications toolkit. The toolkit also features best practices, interview tips, sample social media posts, and an editorial calendar to support community bank marketing plans and strengthen brand awareness.
