The event, scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Eastern time) Thursday, March 28, in Richmond, will feature a panel with congressional staffers and presentations led by ICBA Executive Vice President of Policy & Political Operations Aaron Stetter and Assistant Vice President of Advocacy Joshua Habursky.
