Joshua Habursky is assistant vice president of advocacy for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) where he manages ICBA’s advocacy communications programs and community bank grassroots initiatives.
Habursky joined ICBA in 2016. Prior to ICBA, he managed grassroots programs at the American Diabetes Association and the American Motorcyclist Association.
Habursky is a published author, an adjunct professor at West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media, and founder and chairman of The Grassroots Professional Network, a non-profit dedicated to advancing grassroots best practices and thought leadership.
Habursky has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College and a Master of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University.
