Christopher Jordan is secretary of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), the only national advocacy organization that exclusively represents community banks.
President and CEO of the Farmers State Bank of Stigler, Okla., Jordan has served ICBA and the community banking industry for many years. He is a member of ICBA’s Executive Committee, board of directors and the Federal Delegate Board. He serves on the Policy Development Committee and as ICBA’s Executive Committee liaison to the Agricultural-Rural America Committee for which he previously served as chairman. He also served as an at-large director on the board and was a state delegate for Oklahoma.
At the local level, Jordan is past chairman, and a current member of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma. He is a former president of the Haskell County Hospital Foundation.
Jordan is a graduate of the Bank Administration Institute at the University of Wisconsin and studied business management at Oklahoma State University.
He lives in Stigler, Okla., with his wife. They have two children.
