Chip Lynch’s banking career began in 1985 as a retail banking officer in Dallas. His career has included positions in retail lending, deposits, construction, residential, commercial lending, correspondent banking and capital markets. His positions gave him a broad and deep level of experience in managing liquidity, investments, lending and interest rate risk. Chip joined the ICBA in 2005 as Vice President, Southwest Regional Office, in Dallas. Previously, he served as Vice President and Senior Lender for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.
