David is a graduate of The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. Prior to joining ICBA, he worked with The John H. Harland Company for 25 years and served in a number of different roles in sales and sales management including Regional Vice President. David joined the Independent Community Bankers of America in 2004 and serves as Vice President and manages the Southeast Regional Office which servers community banks in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
