ICBA Extends Relationship with SBA Lending Specialists Holtmeyer & Monson
Orlando, Fla. (March 17, 2010)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced that it has extended its agreement with Holtmeyer & Monson as an ICBA Preferred Service Provider through 2012. The new agreement will allow ICBA community bank members continued access to Holtmeyer & Monson’s Small Business Administration (SBA) lending and consulting services.
“During these challenging economic times, when small-business lending couldn’t be more critical to America’s communities, ICBA is pleased to extend its relationship with Holtmeyer & Monson,” said Dan Clancy, ICBA senior vice president of services. “Our nation’s nearly 8,000 community banks make about half of all small-business loans. It’s imperative that community banks have a reliable resource such as Holtmeyer & Monson to help them continue to lend to small-business customers within their communities.”
An ICBA Preferred Service Provider since 2006, Holtmeyer & Monson specializes in assisting community banks with a wide range of SBA loan services, including application processing, loan underwriting and portfolio management. Additionally, H&M handles the securitization and sale of loans for banks that want to sell the guaranteed portion of their SBA loan portfolio.
