ICBA Executive Banking Institute Dates Set
Washington, D.C. (Feb. 1, 2005) - Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), the nation's voice for community banks, in conjunction with Sheshunoff Management Services, LP, has announced the dates for its annual Executive Banking Institute.
The ICBA Executive Banking Institute is the only graduate banking program that guarantees a $100,000 bottom line earnings improvement to graduates. With the help of banking experts, as well as input and experience from peers, attendees are able to create customized action plans to improve their bank's performance, profitability and efficiency.
The four-day institute will take place May 1-5, 2005 in Scottsdale, Ariz. Held in conjunction with the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, the institute consists of three sessions in which senior management individuals exchange best practices for revenue growth and identify a specific plan of action for their bank.
Projects in the past have been so successful that attendees are guaranteed a net minimum of $100,000 to their bottom line. Any banker who does not see that improvement will receive a full refund for the institute tuition. To date, the average annualized improvement for graduating participant banks is over $500,000.
