Idaho Banker Named to ICBA Bancard Board of Directors
Washington, D.C. (Nov. 13, 2007)—ICBA Bancard, the credit card subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America, announced the election of John Evans, CEO of D.L. Evans Bank, Burley, Idaho, to its board of directors.

"John's breadth of experience and leadership ability will serve him well and greatly benefit the more than 2,000 community banks nationwide which use ICBA Bancard services."
Prior to his appointment as D.L. Evans Bank CEO, Evans served as vice president and manager of the bank. He has also been a loan officer at Idaho First National Bank and served in all phases of his family's farming enterprise and ranching operations. He is extensively involved in a leadership capacity in various community activities. Evans also currently serves on the ICBA Agriculture Rural America Committee.
