ICBA/Fidelity Team to Tailor Community Bank Operations

Fidelity National Information Services Scales Processing to Fit Community Bank Needs

Washington, D.C. (May 16, 2007)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has selected Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) as the ICBA Preferred Service Provider for a community bank's core and item processing systems. Under this agreement, ICBA will exclusively recommend FIS for core and item processing needs.

Tapping FIS for core and item processing solutions expands ICBA's ability to offer a total and integrated operations package to community banks. It also augments the more than 20-year ICBA Bancard and FIS relationship that provides community banks access to comprehensive electronic payment solutions, including credit, debit, and merchant processing.
