Hopkins Joins ICBA as Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Washington, D.C. (November 9, 2006)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) is pleased to announce that Patricia Hopkins has joined the association as vice president/deputy chief financial officer.
"Tricia brings a tremendous level of experience to ICBA," said Camden R. Fine, ICBA president and CEO. "Her trade association experience and her for-profit financial management expertise will be of great benefit to our association."
Hopkins comes to ICBA from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), where she was vice president of finance responsible for budgeting, planning, analysis and corporate finance. Prior to NAHB, she was chief financial officer for Constellation Nuclear Services, a start up venture with Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), Crofton, Md. Tricia has held various accounting positions for non-profit and for-profit organizations for the past 20 years.
Hopkins has a masters of business administration from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and is a certified public accountant.
