ICBA Renews Strategic Relationship With Profit Technologies
Enables Community Banks to Manage Risk and Provide Valuable Service to Customers
Washington, D.C. (April 12, 2006)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has renewed its relationship with Profit Technologies (PTC) as the preferred provider of greater profitability strategies for ICBA member community banks.
"ICBA's preferred providers give our member banks the expertise they need to better serve their customers," said Camden R. Fine, ICBA president and CEO. "With Profit Technologies, our members can receive customized programs to keep them profitable and enable them to better focus on their customers and the communities they serve."
A PTC hallmark is the company's ability to custom-fit strategic and profitability solutions to individual community banks. PTC's solutions incorporate a structured and detailed assessment of bank operations and services with an eye toward generating increased earnings in retail and commercial banking, credit card, float and cash management, and risk management.
"Profit Technologies continues to cherish and maintain a strong business relationship with ICBA," said Lilly Straith, a Profit Technologies' senior managing director. "We are pleased to offer our 32 years of experience to ICBA members so they can benefit from our products and recommendations. We are proud of our long-standing relationship with the ICBA and look forward to many more years working with ICBA and its members."
ICBA first selected PTC in 2003 to provide revenue enhancement services to members. Since that time, PTC has added the Courtesy Overdraft Processing System™ (COPSSM) to the services offered to ICBA member banks. COPS is an end-to-end overdraft solution that enables banks to manage risk while providing a valuable service to their customers.
