ICBA Announces Management Promotions
Washington, D.C. (December 18, 2012)–The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) announced the promotion of several management staff, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
“ICBA congratulates all of these individuals for their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm for the industry and the community bank members we serve,” said Camden R. Fine, ICBA president and CEO. “ICBA staff members display incredible talent in their areas of expertise and are always willing and ready to serve the needs of community bankers across the country.”
ICBA promotions include:
Accounting:
Brian Gimbel, director, financial analysis and budget, was promoted to assistant vice president, finance and budget
Kristin Winter, manager, payroll/risk, was promoted to director, payroll/risk
Administrative Services:
Amy Miller, executive assistant to the president and CEO, was promoted to assistant vice president, executive assistant
Alisa Parker, director, administrative services, was promoted to assistant vice president, administrative services
Communications and Marketing:
Steven Foley, eMarketing and brand specialist, was promoted to associate director, marketing and brand strategy
Conventions and Meetings:
Mark Traeger, director, conferences and exhibits, was promoted to assistant vice president, conferences and exhibits
Corporate Associates:
Patricia Rajdl, director, corporate associate membership, was promoted to assistant vice president, corporate alliances
Government Relations:
Courtney Schoenborn, director, political programs, was promoted to vice president, political programs
Human Resources:
Janet Blank, director, human resources, was promoted to vice president, human resources
Membership:
Michael Lahr, director, membership solutions, was promoted to assistant vice president, membership sales
LuAnne Roelike, director, member data, was promoted to assistant vice president, member data
