ICBA Announces Marketing and Communications Department Promotions

Washington, D.C. (December 6, 2011)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced the promotion of three members of its marketing and communications department, including the promotions of Audrey Wright-Cipriano from associate director, marketing and brand strategy to director, marketing and brand strategy; Nicole Swann from associate director, marketing and brand strategy to director, marketing and brand strategy; and Thomas Warren, associate director, communications to director, communications.

“Audrey, Nicole and Thomas are dedicated and talented marketing and communications staff members who are integral to the success of both the department and the association at large,” said Chris Lorence, ICBA executive vice president and chief marketing officer. “We congratulate them on their well-deserved promotions and look forward to seeing them thrive in their expanded roles as they work to serve the needs of our nation's community banks.”

In their new roles, Cipriano and Swann will continue to focus on their marketing-related duties, which include developing, coordinating, managing and delivering marketing and communications initiatives and campaigns that benefit ICBA’s members.

Warren will continue to manage ICBA electronic news publications and will also have a more visible role in directing ICBA’s electronic news products and offerings.
