ICBA Selects Bankers Systems as Preferred Service Provider for Lending and Deposit Technology and Documents
San Diego, Calif. (March 15, 2004) - During its annual National Convention and Techworld tradeshow, the Independent Community Bankers of America announced it has selected Bankers Systems, Inc. as its Preferred Service Provider for compliance-based-lending and deposit-technology solutions and documents.
"Bankers Systems was selected as an ICBA Preferred Service Provider based on the company's strong reputation as a compliance leader, its experience serving community banks, and the quality of its solutions," said Dan Clancy, director of services for ICBA. Fewer than 20 providers have earned the Preferred Service Provider distinction after the ICBA carefully evaluated them through a rigorous due diligence process.
"The ICBA recognized that Bankers Systems has successfully served the needs of community banks for more than half a century," said Kenneth A. Guenther, president and CEO of ICBA. "We are extremely pleased to be establishing this relationship with an industry leader."
"As an active ICBA member and a longtime Bankers Systems' customer, I was pleased to learn that Bankers Systems is now an ICBA Preferred Service Provider," said Terry Jorde, president and CEO for CountryBank USA in Cando, N.D. "Bankers Systems has earned our respect by helping us reduce our regulatory risk and allowing us to be more productive so we can focus more on the needs of our customers."
Bankers Systems' solutions are based on the company's Expere® compliance knowledge base. In addition to the company's printed documents, ICBA members will be able to take advantage of discounted pricing on its popular software, including ARTA® Lending Documentation System, ARTA Deposit Documentation System, Rembrandt® Lending System, and TSoft SBA FormMaster+. Currently, Bankers Systems software solutions are used by more than 6,000 financial institutions throughout the United States. Bankers Systems' technology and print solutions can help ICBA member banks effectively maintain regulatory compliance while making their workflow more efficient.
"Bankers Systems has developed a close relationship with the ICBA and its members over the course of the past several decades," said V. Joel Meyer, senior vice president for Bankers Systems. "Bankers Systems' new status as an ICBA Preferred Service Provider is an opportunity for us to continue to demonstrate our commitment to serving financial institutions by providing them with practical, reliable, and easy-to-understand solutions that help them manage and grow their business."
