New ICBA Director Serves Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska

Washington, D.C. (June 19, 2009)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced that Clay R. Donley joined ICBA as director of the Central Plains region that covers Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. Clay’s arrival also marks the opening of ICBA’s eighth regional office, located in Salina, Kan.

"ICBA is fortunate to have an experienced banking professional like Clay working on behalf of all community banks in the Central Plains region—a core market of ICBA’s membership," said Paul McGuire, ICBA senior vice president and director of national sales. "Clay’s extensive experience in the financial services sector will help our members better understand the unique benefits of ICBA membership and strengthen existing relationships with community banks in the Central Plains region, while fostering new ties with prospective member banks.”

Prior to joining ICBA, Donley served as regional vice president of sales for ClairMail, Inc., a financial services vendor in Novato, Calif.

In addition to the new ICBA regional office in Salina, Kan., ICBA has headquarters in Washington, D.C. and Sauk Centre, Minn., and regional offices in Appleton, Wis.; Dallas, Tex.; Harrisburg, Pa.; Lynnfield, Mass.; Marietta, Ga.; Memphis, Tenn.; Newport Beach, Calif.; Tampa, Fla. and Urbandale, Iowa.
