ICBA Announces Staff Promotions
Washington, D.C. (February 20, 2009)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has announced the promotion of four staff members, including Chris Lorence from senior vice president of marketing and creative services for ICBA Services Network to senior vice president of marketing for ICBA. In his new capacity, Lorence will be responsible for the marketing efforts of the entire association, which includes ICBA Services Network.
"ICBA congratulates the hardworking staff members who have been promoted and recognizes them for their ongoing dedication to our nation’s more than 8,000 community banks,” said Camden R. Fine, ICBA president and CEO. “Each ICBA staff member plays a key role in helping ICBA advance its mission to promote, protect and support the vital economic role that our country’s community banks serve within cities and towns throughout America. These promotions will further strengthen ICBA’s effectiveness in representing the many interests of our member institutions."
Also promoted were:
Ryan Hadley, from research associate to director of policy research and statistics. Hadley will conduct data analysis and research about the financial services industry and the community banking industry to support ICBA policy decisions.
Michael Lahr, from associate director of membership to director of membership sales. Lahr will manage projects to support ICBA’s membership recruitment efforts.
Patricia Rajdl, from director of corporate membership to director of marketing and corporate alliances. Rajdl will manage the marketing efforts of ICBA’s Corporate Associate program.
