ICBA and FIS Expand Relationship to Offer Community Bank Rewards Programs

Washington, D.C. (June 25, 2008)—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) announced it is expanding its relationship with Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS). ICBA members will now have access to FIS' Rewards Programs for credit and debit cards, including ScoreCard® Rewards, FastTrack™, and Star- Performers™, an employee rewards and recognition program. The programs, which have been offered to only ICBA Bancard members, are now available to all ICBA members, regardless of the card processing platform.

"ICBA is excited about extending FIS' Rewards Programs to our members," said Dan Clancy, ICBA senior vice president of services. "Reward programs are excellent tools to help community banks enhance the debit and credit card services they offer existing consumers, as well as acquire and retain new customers."

As cost effective credit and debit card rewards programs, ScoreCard and FastTrack drive bank customers' card usage and activation rates with incentives. FastTrack is designed to target inactive and dormant card accounts by rewarding customers for achieving spending thresholds while ScoreCard allows card users to accumulate Bonus Points, redeemable for merchandise and travel awards, for every net retail dollar spent in qualified purchases.

Star-Performers is an employee incentive program that rewards bank employees for performance, productivity, and knowledge. With Star-Performers, employees gain first-hand experience with what rewards programs are and how they work, thus enabling them to better explain the programs to their customers.

FIS' Rewards Programs help community banks maintain long-term customer relationships. They offer dedicated Web sites, turnkey administration and allow community banks to use effective and automated target marketing to cross-sell both their credit and debit programs to consumers.
