Dade City Banker Named to ICBA Mortgage
Washington, D.C. (Sept. 25, 2007)—ICBA Mortgage, the mortgage services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), announced the election of J. Lamar Roberts, president & CEO of First National Bank of Pasco, Dade City, Fla., to its board of directors.

In its more than 15 years of operation, ICBA Mortgage has assisted over 1,000 ICBA members across the country remain competitive in their markets.
As an active ICBA member, Roberts has served on the Federal Legislation, Long Term Planning and Membership committees, as well as representing Florida on ICBA’s Board of Directors.
In addition to being First National Bank of Pasco’s president and CEO, Roberts has maintained a distinguished civic role during a career that has included service as mayor and a municipal judge. His state association roles have seen him serve as president of the Florida Bankers Association and chairman of the Independent Bankers’ Bank of Florida.
