ICBA and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Join Forces to Offer Compliance University to ICBA Members

Professionally Built and Managed Learning Management System Offers Bankers Most Up-To-Date Compliance Content Available

MINNEAPOLIS - October 12, 2006—The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has partnered with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services to resell the company's Compliance UniversityTM On-Line Learning program to ICBA community bank members.

Compliance University is Wolters Kluwer Financial Services' comprehensive Internet-based learning program that delivers training to banking professionals where and when it's needed. With more than 150 courses designed to help financial organizations train their employees in compliance and operational topics, the program also features a number of soft-skill training programs, including a comprehensive computer/desktop learning series.

"ICBA's latest partnership with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services continues a tradition of the two organizations working together for the benefit of our members," said Greg Martinson, ICBA senior vice president and director of education. "Compliance University offers community bankers the most up-to-date compliance content available in the market. They have access to more than 50 years of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services' regulatory expertise, industry knowledge, and experience. Compliance University delivers its content through a professionally built and managed Learning Management System that offers tracking and reporting capabilities."

"Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has developed a close relationship with ICBA and its members over the course of the past several decades," said John Bryant, executive vice president of banking for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. "Expanding our relationship to include the joint promotion of Compliance University to ICBA members is another opportunity for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services to continue to demonstrate our commitment to providing financial organizations with effective and efficient compliance and other risk management solutions that can help them grow their business."
