ICBA Bancard Announces Liang Han as EVP, Operations and Card Risk

Washington, D.C. (August 21, 2014)—ICBA Bancard, the payment-services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), today announced that Liang Han has joined the company as executive vice president, operations and card risk. Han comes to ICBA Bancard from a top one hundred card issuer in Washington, D.C., where he worked for more than 17 years, most recently serving as general manager, electronic payments. In this position, he oversaw the development, operation and maintenance of electronic payment systems and services. Under his leadership, the financial institution became one of the largest card issuers in the U.S.

Han’s experience prior to joining ICBA Bancard includes financial institution management positions in operations, lending and member relations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Trade from Shanghai University and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University.
