ICBA Selects Insperity as Preferred Service Provider for Human Resources Management

Washington, D.C. (May 15, 2014)—The Independent Community Bankers of America ® (ICBA) today announced that it has selected Insperity Inc. as a Preferred Service Provider (PSP) for human resources management and payroll services. Insperity, Inc., a trusted advisor to America’s businesses for more than 27 years, provides an array of human resources and business performance solutions designed to help improve business efficiency.

“Through the Preferred Service Provider program, ICBA member banks may also offer Insperity’s solutions to their small business customers. By fulfilling a basic need of all small businesses, our member banks can expand the value that they provide to their customers and deepen the symbiotic relationships that allow local communities to flourish,” said Dan Clancy, ICBA executive vice president of services.

Insperity’s array of business performance solutions, including payroll services, time and attendance, performance management, organizational planning, recruiting services, employment screening, financial services, expense management and insurance services, are an ideal fit for community banks. These solutions offer a more streamlined and systematic approach to human resources functions, allowing businesses to operate more efficiently and effectively.

“This strategic affiliation with ICBA supports Insperity’s ongoing mission to help businesses succeed so communities prosper,” said Heath Butler, Insperity managing director of strategic business development. “Through this relationship, we will be able to offer our business performance solutions to an increasing number of small business clients, giving owners and key decision makers more time to focus on growing their businesses.”
