How/When to Reserve Your Booth

Booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and made available to ICBA Preferred Service Providers, Select-level Corporate Members and Standard-level Corporate Members prior to other companies who have participated in the past or are non-members.

September 12 - Select Corporate Members will receive an email to choose booth space and will have exclusive priority choice through September 18.

September 19 – Standard Corporate Members will receive an email to choose booth space and will have priority choice through October 2.

October 3 – Past exhibitors who are non-members will receive an email to choose booth space.

October 10 – Space will be made available to all companies.

A deposit of $1,850 per both, or $10,000 per island, is required within 10 business days of receiving your application to reserve your booth space.

What’s included in the Booth Fee?

  • Booth identification sign
  • One 8’ high draped back wall and two 3’ high draped side dividers
  • 24-hour exhibit security service
  • A complimentary registration, enabling one person to attend all meal functions, workshops and general sessions
  • Three hall passes for your sales staff
  • Mobile app listing, including description, logo and ability to upload PDF marketing materials for attendees to view
  • Free online listing in vendor directory and product/service description in Expo Directory
  • Pre-convention mailing list of attendees for marketing purposes (emailed approximately three weeks before event)
  • Preferred mailing status for ICBA LIVE 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee
